Teen girls in Uganda’s slum communities are among the most vulnerable in society. Often denied education, forced into early marriages, and excluded from social opportunities, they remain at the bottom of the social ladder. This isolation traps them in a cycle of poverty, teen pregnancy, and limited access to vital resources.

Our Free Vocational Skilling Program is dedicated to changing this reality. By providing these young girls with the skills they need to become financially independent, we not only offer them a path to self-sustainability, but also equip them to break free from the cycle of sexual and gender-based violence.

This program empowers them to engage in income-generating activities, build confidence, and become active, valued members of their communities.
